Noah Riley, MSN, FNP-C

Noah Riley is a nurse practitioner who brings a strong foundation in nursing to every patient he sees. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Georgia. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, he spent more than five years as a registered nurse in emergency, progressive cardiac, perioperative, and psychiatric care in Savannah, often serving as charge nurse, and he taught nursing students as a clinical instructor at Georgia Southern. At Cornerstone Health, Noah works alongside Dr. Natalie Britt to provide thorough, unhurried primary care, taking the time to understand each patient's full story before building a plan of care. He is committed to the relationships that make our model different: knowing his patients well, following through, and making sure they never feel like a number. He has also provided care on a medical outreach trip to rural Uganda.
