Insurance Copay
Determined by your insurance policy and due at time of service.
Cost-sharing
Your visit will be appropriately coded and submitted to your insurance company. You are responsible for the deductible and/or coinsurance in accordance with your policy.
Additional Fees
You will be charged a cash-pay rate* for any products/services not covered by your insurance plan.

*Some services have their own established cash-pay pricing. When those services are provided, the standard Visit Fee does not apply.
All cash-pay patients have the option of billing labwork to your insurance company in lieu of using our negotiated cash pricing.

Deciding on a new provider can be challenging. All potential patient have have the opportunity to schedule a welcome consultation with our Practice Manager, Kris Britt. During this conversation, he'll walk you through how our practice works, what to expect as a member, and how our approach differs from traditional healthcare.
