If providers do not submit claims (even if they are perpetually denied), it is unlikely that insurance companies will ever offer coverage for the treatment.

2. Some insurance companies will pay for this treatment. We'll never know which ones until we actually submit the claims.

The eventual goal would be to allow patients to choose whether they choose insurance or self-pay options. For now, the treatment will be cash-pay only.
