Carol Wolfe

Carol Wolfe is the warm, familiar voice many of our patients know by name. As Care Concierge, Carol makes sure every patient leaves with what they need, whether that's a referral, an answer to a lingering concern, or simply a follow-up call to check in. She regularly reaches out to patients and families between visits to ask how they're doing and whether anything has come up, so that no one falls through the cracks. Carol also looks after the patient experience inside our office, from first impression to final goodbye. Her encouragement, steadiness, and genuine care for people are a big part of what makes Cornerstone Health feel like home.
